These terms of service ("Terms") constitute the agreement between TrairX Technology O.Ü. ("Company", "we") and you ("User") who uses the Content Queen application ("App"). The Company is incorporated and operates under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Content Queen is a mobile application that enables users to create professional images from reference photos using artificial intelligence technology. The service is provided through a credit-based system.
You must register with your phone number to use the application. You are responsible for the security of your account. You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access to your account.
Content Queen offers the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
By using the application, you agree to the following rules:
The Company cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application. The service is provided "as is." Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. After account deletion:
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved amicably first, otherwise in Estonian courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Bu kullanım şartları ("Şartlar"), TrairX Technology O.Ü. ("Şirket", "biz") ile Content Queen uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanan siz ("Kullanıcı") arasındaki sözleşmeyi oluşturur. Şirket, Estonya Cumhuriyeti yasalarına göre kurulmuş ve faaliyet göstermektedir.
Content Queen, yapay zeka teknolojisi kullanarak kullanıcıların referans fotoğraflarından profesyonel görseller oluşturmasını sağlayan bir mobil uygulamadır. Hizmet, kredi tabanlı bir sistem üzerinden sunulmaktadır.
Uygulamayı kullanmak için telefon numaranız ile kayıt olmanız gerekmektedir. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızda yetkisiz erişim tespit ettiğinizde derhal bizi bilgilendirmelisiniz.
Content Queen aşağıdaki abonelik planlarını sunar:
Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Aboneliğinizi cihaz Ayarları → Apple ID → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz.
Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymayı kabul edersiniz:
Şirket, uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Azami sorumluluk, kullanıcının son 12 ayda ödediği toplam tutarla sınırlıdır.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama ayarlarından silebilirsiniz. Hesap silme işlemi sonrasında:
Bu şartlar Estonya Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklar öncelikle dostane çözüm yoluyla, aksi halde Estonya mahkemelerinde çözümlenecektir.
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirim ile en az 14 gün önceden duyurulacaktır. Değişiklik sonrası uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
